1. Choose the food you want
Start with our menu guide for meals, breads, parathas, frozen items and desserts. The shop shows the current product prices. For bread, our comparison of four 10-slice loaves links to each option.
2. Check the pack size and quantity
Open the full product description before adding an item to your order. A listing may be priced by the piece, pack, weight or serving. Check both the stated size and the quantity you choose in the cart; products in different categories use different portions.
3. Read ingredients and nutrition details
Use the information on the individual product page, and ask us about anything that is missing or unclear before ordering. When reading nutrition figures, check whether they refer to one serving or the full pack.
Tell us about food allergies before ordering. Please tell us if you or anyone eating the order has a food allergy or intolerance, including the ingredients to avoid. Our team must check ingredients and preparation arrangements before confirming whether your request can be accommodated. For an allergy-specific order, wait for that confirmation before ordering or paying. Keto or homemade does not mean a food is suitable for a particular allergy.
4. Confirm preparation and delivery
Our food is made to order and we deliver it ourselves to your doorstep: within 24 hours in Lahore and in 3-4 days elsewhere in Pakistan. Send your selected products, quantities, complete delivery address and preferred date so our team can confirm the arrangements and which items can be delivered to your location. Read the Lahore and nationwide delivery guide; preparation schedules and delivery options can differ by item.
Delivery charges are separate. The fee depends on your location and is not automatically included in product prices or the product subtotal. Include your house or flat, street, area, block or DHA phase where applicable, and city in your delivery address so our team can quote the fee. Confirm the product subtotal, separate delivery charge and final payable total before paying.
We are delivery only. Dine-in, pickup and customer visits are not available.
5. Ask about handling your order
For frozen food and other items that need particular handling, ask for storage and preparation instructions for the products you choose.
