Planning your first order from Keto For Ketoers? This guide explains what to check when choosing homemade keto food from our Lahore kitchen.

1. Choose the food you want

Start with our menu guide for meals, breads, parathas, frozen items and desserts. The shop shows the current product prices. For bread, our comparison of four 10-slice loaves links to each option.

2. Check the pack size and quantity

Open the full product description before adding an item to your order. A listing may be priced by the piece, pack, weight or serving. Check both the stated size and the quantity you choose in the cart; products in different categories use different portions.

3. Read ingredients and nutrition details

Use the information on the individual product page, and ask us about anything that is missing or unclear before ordering. If you need a particular ingredient excluded or have an allergy, discuss your requirements with us first. When reading nutrition figures, check whether they refer to one serving or the full pack.

4. Confirm preparation and delivery

Our food is made to order. Send your selected products, quantities, delivery area and preferred date so we can confirm the arrangements. Read the Lahore and nationwide delivery guide; preparation schedules and delivery options can differ by item.

We are delivery only. Dine-in, pickup and customer visits are not available.

5. Ask about handling your order

For frozen food and other items that need particular handling, ask for storage and preparation instructions for the products you choose.
